Where we came from
Hilfort started in 2013 as a partnership between two high school friends
One with a thorough basis as an in country director in the Netherlands with another international payroll company
One with thorough experience in business analyses, Microsoft programming and financial markets
Having the opportunity to take along some recruiters and candidates, as the other payroll company ended its international existence, we started with one candidate growing the business steadily based on word of mouth, without any marketing.
Think big, act small
Surviving the start-up phase, we have always focused on reducing risk, low cost, ultimate flexibility and compliance.
To be flexible at low cost we have created our own CRM system, from the start built in a modular way. Standard software does not offer the flexibility needed in this industry and we want to adapt on the fly to changing rules and regulations, new laws and customer requests.
Because we build it in-house, we keep saving cost (on hourly consultancy fees, new modules, updates) and we can be flexible and give you anything you need so you can focus on your job or your business.
